Waze App notifies me of an object in the road, and helps me avoid it [DashCam] HD

While traveling on the SR-78E, just after the Sycamore exit, there was a large bumper sitting directly in the center of the #1 lane. While enjoying an episode of the Adam Carolla Podcast, I was notified via the voice alert of the object in the road by the Waze App. This road hazard was posted just 9 minutes prior to me encountering it, and the 10 seconds of warning allowed me to reduce my speed, increase the distance to the vehicle ahead of me, engage my hazards to warn other drivers, and safely maneuver around the object in the road. After the clip ends, I called 1-800-TELL-CHP and notified the dispatcher of the road hazard. Do your part to help keep highways safe.
