Liberated Pad Thai Kelp Noodles HD
I Am...Liberated Pad Thai Kelp Noodles 1. Cut 1 bag of Kelp Noodles into quarters and cover with hot water 2. Add in ¼ cup Lemon Juice and 1 Tbsp. Himalayan Salt and soak for 1 hour 3. Add the following ingredients to Vitamix to make Thai Almond Sauce 4. Add ¼ cup Lemon Juice 5. Add 2 tsp. Grated Ginger 6. Add 1 Tbsp. Tamari 7. Add 1 Garlic Clove 8. Add ½ Jalapeno, seeded 9. Add 2 tsp. Himalayan Salt 10. Add 2 tsp. Agave 11. Add ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro 12. Add ¼ cup Fresh Basil Leaves 13. Add ¼ cup Almond Butter 14. Add ¾ cup Water 15. Blend all ingredients until smooth 16. Drain Kelp Noodles and place in mixing bowl 17. Add 1 Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced 18. Add 1 Carrot, grated 19. Add 1 cup finely chopped Kale 20. Add 1 Green Onion, chopped 21. Add 1 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro 22. Add 1 Tbsp. Chopped Basil 23. Add in sauce and toss 24. Plate and top with chopped toasted almonds and chopped scallions
