Strength & Conditioning workout (functional training)
Highlights from a Functional Strength & Conditioning workout. This kind of workout was done Three - Five times per week along with Muay Thai training Two times per week. Each day in the routine the exercises vary, but basically is: 10min cardio 15min stretching Functional + Muscle Group training 5 sets barbell complex 5 rounds of circuit training Abs/core work Heavy Bag work (non Muay Thai days) This would take 1- 2 hours. * I worked out Monday - Friday and I trained Muay Thai on Monday & Thursday. Saturday rest.
