Upload two dishes every Monday! ================================================================================== Ingredient: pork chop, orange, garlic, ginger, scallion -------------------- Seasoning: salt, sugar, white pepper, oil -------------------- Steps: 1. Pound pork chops with tenderizer hammer until thin. 2. Season the pork chops with minced ginger(some), minced shallot(1 head), minced garlic(1 head), and sugar(2 tsp), salt(2 tsp), white pepper(1 tsp) and oil(2 tsp). Rest for 20 mins. 3. Prepare 100 ml orange juice, bottled or fresh. If fresh one, add 3 tsp of sugar. 4. Remove all minced ingredients(ginger, garlic, shallot) from pork chops. And add some potato starch on both sides. 5. Fry pork chops over medium heat. 3 mins each side until golden. 6. Cook the orange juice(100 ml) over high heat until concentrated into 50 ml.
