SHOPPING LIST: 3-4lbs of pork ribs, hoisin, soy sauce, garlic MARINADE: 2 cloves of smashed garlic, 2tb hoisin, 1/3c soy GLAZE: 1/4c hoisin, 2tb honey QUICK PICKLES: 1tb sugar, 1tsp salt, cucumbers. Slice and season with sugar and salt. Let them sit for 10-15 mins at room temp, drain. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4hrs.
