Here is a step by step grilled fish recipe. Must try and enjoy with family #grilledfish #winterspecial #BBQ Ingredients: Machli (Whole Fish) 1½ kg Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 1 ½ tbsp. Adrak (Ginger paste) 1 ½ tbsp. Lehsan (Garlic paste) 1 ½ tbsp. Lemmon juice 1 ½ tbsp. Lal Mirch (Red Chili powder) 1 tsp. Namak (Salt) 1 tsp. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. Directions: Add cuts on whole fish salted & washed. In a bowl add fish. Add ginger, garlic, green chili, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder and rub evenly on each side and marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. In a grill pan heat vegetable oil and add fish. Grill the fish for 8-10 minutes each side on medium to low flame. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes & serve!
