BBQ Baby Back Ribs On The Weber Kettle Grill - BBQ Pork Ribs Recipe HD

05.04.2017
I made these Baby Back Ribs On My Weber Kettle Grill. This was my first cook on my new/used Weber Kettle Grill. I bought this Grill on Craigslist for $50 and I am more than impressed. I seasoned these BBQ Ribs with Tango Spice chicken and Rib rub and applied szechuan sauce and a little beer at the 3 hour mark and wrapped the Ribs for about an hour and a half. After an hour and a half I poured the liquid from the foil and mixed it with a little more of the szechuan sauce and a little honey which provided me with the glaze that I finished the ribs with. I then returned the Baby Back Ribs to the grill and applied 2 coats of glaze alternating meat and bone side every 15 minutes until fully cooked. These ribs not only looked great but tasted great as well. They had a nice smoke flavor from the charcoal and the cherry wood chunks. The technique I used was a modified 3-2-1 method for cooking BBQ Ribs. If you are looking for Fall Off The Bone Ribs, you would want to leave the Ribs in the foil for an additional hour to hour and a half before applying the glaze.
