"Paksiw na Bangus (Milk Fish Stewed in Vinegar)" is basically cooked with vinegar and spices like ginger, onion, and, peppercorn. Some put green chili but I prefer bell pepper because of its sweetness. This is my basic approach so go ahead and make your own version of paksiw.
