Woodturning a Crotch Bowl with Red Oak HD

Some firewood should be left alone, lol... but it does make for interesting wood turning. Danger...flying objects! This week I harvest a crotch from an old fallen red oak tree with my chainsaw, and turn it into a bowl on my lathe. It didn’t cooperate much. It even flew off the lathe, and I caught that on camera.
