XOXO :) Full Workout: -Smith Machine Hip Thrusts 4x20,15,10,12 -Increasing weight each set -Finish 4th set with a single-drop set (explained in video) -Lying Ham Curls 4x10 reps top half x10 reps bottom half (This is 1 full set =20 reps total!)
