Hey Guys! Here’s a full body workout for when you haven’t been to the gym in a while and need to jump back into it . Full workout: Incline bench press 10-12 reps 4 sets Wide grip lat pull down 10-12 reps 4 sets Single leg deadlift 10-12 reps each leg 4 sets Goblet squats 10-12 reps 4 sets Triset: Repeat 3 times Rear felt fly 10 reps Lateral raise 10 reps Front raise 10 reps Single leg hip thrust 10-12 reps each leg 4 sets Superset: Repeat 3 times Cable pull through 10-12 reps Lunges with bar between legs 10-12 reps Hope you enjoy ❤️
