Mini Cooper R50 - Fixing a clogged rear washer nozzle and broken cap on the wiper arm. HD

I’m fixing the rear windshield wiper washer nozzle on our 2004 Mini Cooper R50. The dealer wanted $400 to fix this...I think we can do better. I can hear the pump trying to spray fluid, but nothing comes out. Thanks to ECS Tuning for shipping out the replacement part so quickly.
