The elephant, who was suffering from blindness, had to face this unexpected disaster making his condition more miserable. . The Elephant has fallen into an agricultural well in the middle of agricultural land. It was found that Elephant is suffering from a cloudy eye condition that completely blinds one eye. The animal is a much older one. Due to his age and blindness, the animal is weak and cannot help itself to pull out of the well. He is just asking for help by pulling his trunk out and might be starving too. As we can see, he tries to come out, but the effort is not enough to pull his large bodyweight. Look, the animal is so tired. He stays inside the well with without any movements like he has given up hope. Many rural farmers who live and work close to elephant territories live a very marginalized existence. Yet, despite instances of elephants destroying their crops, villagers have tended to demonstrate compassion and assist in elephant rescues and in treating the injured. Now we can see his eye condition closely. It is the left eye that has got blinded completely. The well is rather a mud pit which is not that steep too.If the elephant was with a clear vision, this well might not be a barrier for his tours. But he is bit unfortunate with a cloudy eye. He almost comes out of the well, as we can see. He is just stretching his trunk just like he is searching for something to hang on. Due to his weight, starvation, age, and illnessesses, he also fails to come out of the well this time. Without the timely intervention of people the poor elephant would be died in the muddy pit silently. The wildlife officers got the support of the Excavating machine to rescue the distressed elephant. The Elephant could walk, but he couldn’t climb since the good walls were too steep for him. So a path should be created for him to move out easily. That is where we need the help of an excavator. Finally, the path is created. He happily moves out. The firecrackers are used to guide him to the forest. But can you see? Poor elephant is staggering towards a fence, confirming that he is partially blind. The wildlife conservation officers decided to move this animal to an Elephant orphanage as he cannot live alone like other Elephants. With the poor vision of his eye, the elephant is prone encounter with many danger. The elephant would get better care and nutrion there to live the rest of his life. Looking after such an old and wild elephant is not that easy task compared to adopting a orphaned baby elephant. But they’ll dedicate to look after this poor elephant.
