When performing incline rear delt raises with dumbbells, keep your body pressed against the incline bench to eliminate any added momentum and isolate the rear delt. Justin keeps his arms straight for these raises until he reaches failure, transitioning to a high row with bent elbows afterwards, and finishing with partial raises at the end of the set. Justin typically executes three sets before moving on to side delts.
