There are so many acute variables you can perform with this routine, so have a blast and be creative. ROUTINE: Stand with feet straight hold arms in a position where the elbows are at 90 degrees and triceps are parallel to the floor. 1. LEFT punch with palms down at end of motion 2. RIGHT punch with palms down art end of motion 3. LEFT AND RIGHT punch together with palms down at end Bring your elbow to your sides palms facing each other 4. LEFT cross punch palms down at end of motion 5. RIGHT cross punch palms down at end of motion 5. LEFT and RIGHT punch together with palms down at end Bring your elbows back to your sides palms facing each other 6. LEFT upper cut with palms facing you at end motion 7. RIGHT upper cut with palms facing you at end motion 8. LEFT and RIGHT together upper cut with end motion of the elbows at 90 degrees and triceps parallel to floor and palms facing you. REPEAT
