Wim adds a few new things this week including doing a horse stance for 10 minutes. These videos are a documentation of my journey and experience learning the ways of the Wim Hof Method. Each week there is a new course and with each new course is a new challenge. This week’s challenge has some similarities to past week’s challenges in that we see how many push-ups we can do without air and we are back to doing 4 rounds of breathing and breath holds without air and then a 5th round of breathing and then the push-ups. We also do the horse stance for 10 minutes and I have been holding my breath for a minute while taking a cold shower. I am pretty far behind mostly due to having a new born in my life and not having as much free time as before. You can use the Wim Hof Method to learn how to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) at will, relax, increase your focus, make your body more alkaline, increase breath holds, adapt to cold, and increase flexibility.
