This is a video of week 5 of the 10 week Wim Hof method video course. I hit a new record doing my push-ups and I also attempt a new move...the shelf. These videos are a documentation of my journey and experience learning the ways of the Wim Hof Method. Each week there is a new course and with each new course is a new challenge. This week’s challenge has some additions. See how many push-ups you can do without any air in your lungs, do a 10 minute cold shower with some breath holds, and more practice the shelf. You can use the Wim Hof Method to learn how to activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) at will, relax, increase your focus, make your body more alkaline, increase breath holds, adapt to cold, and increase flexibility.
