Look @ ROSA Linux - Fresh R11 LXQt Desktop ROSA is a Russian Linux company that produces several Linux distributions. ROSA Fresh is the freely available, completely open source, GPL compliant variant for home use. It is available in four desktop environments, KDE4, KDE Plasma, LXQt, and Xfce.
