FISH & TUFO WITH BLACK BEANS recipe HD

Ingredients: 2-4 fish fillet, cut into bite size 1 fried tufo (add more if you like) 2 tbsp. black beans 1/2 medium carrots 3 Scallion or green onion 1-2 slice of ginger 2 gloves of garlic oil for frying Sauce: 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. rice wine 2 tbsp. oyster sauce 1/2 c water 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp cornstarch pepper to taste - double the measurements if you prefer more sauce batter: 1 c flour 1/2 c water directions: 1. mix water, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce & rice wine. Set aside. 2. lightly coat fish with flour. You may season the fish with salt if you like. 3. Add water to the remaining flour until you reach a thick batter. May add more water or flour if needed. 4. dip fish into batter & fry until golden brown. 5. use 1 tbsp. oil from the frying the fish. 6. sauté garlic, white onion from the scallion & carrots. 7. add the sauce & black beans & boil until thicken. May adjust the taste according you your liking. 8. add the fried tufo & fish. bring to a boil & serve with the green onion.
