Training: Bench and Back HD
This training day was led by flat bench and my very first try at Decline Bench. Followed by additional back work. The Workout: 1. Bench Press 7x7 @115 2. Decline Bench 5X7 @105 3. Isolated cable row pulls 5x10 eachside 4. Pull Down Machine used back wards 4x10 with 5lb increase each set 5. Pull Down Machine used front wards 4x10 @100lbs with pause/squeeze 6.
