Glute Activation: 2 sets: duck walk- 5 steps forward, 5 steps back side lying leg raise- 12-15 frog pumps- 12-15 sumo deadlifts 3-4 sets, 10 reps Superset: lunges- 10 reps romanian deadlifts- 10 reps 3-4 sets superset sumo squats- 10 reps side step ups- 10 per leg 3-4 sets superset single leg curl- 10 per leh hip thrust- 10 reps 3-4 sets burnout set donkey kicks as many reps as possible!
