Riding the exquisitely nice elevators at the Plaza-7000 Office Building in Austin, Texas, and of all the elevators in the Far West neighborhood, these are probably the nicest of them all, since they run well and have really nice cabs, as well as the lanterns having a piano-like tone with different pitches. Specifications: General-Otis/Geared Traction. Performance-3500 Lbs/10 HP. Distance-60 feet/5 floors & 300 FPM. Year-Installed/1997-1998. Fixtures-Series 3. Cab-White ceiling with coved fluorescent lighting & 4 recessed downlights, brushed stainless steel walls with mahogany-cherry wood rear/aquamarine turquoise glass side panels & 2" diameter polished stainless steel handrail, white granite floor with black diamond accents, & brushed stainless steel fronts/car doors/lobby doors/jambs with polished stainless steel trim.
