Axe restoration. Unique Indo-Persian battle axe. HD

I keep trying perfect restorations of old axes. This is my third time with an old rusty axe and it’s not perfect yet. I like the final results but I know that the handle is too thin and not quite strong enough to be used in a potential battle. The reason being is that I purchased a bandsaw which I have never used before. This was my first attempt and I sawed too much material away from the handle. My woodworking skills after this project are much improved, however there is still more to learn. The axe head was rusty so I used a vinegar and salt solution to remove the rust. I cleaned and briefly sharpened the tool. Lastly, I polished and fixed the handle to the axe head. Is that a Indo Persian hand carved Battle Axe?
