Seated High Row

This video provides a demonstration of the Seated High Row. Use a close neutral grip attachment with a cable lat pulldown machine. With your torso tilted slightly back, pull the bar straight down while contracting your lat muscles until the bar reaches your chest. Relax your muscles to allow the bar to move away from your body until your arms are almost extended and not quite straight. Repeat until you have completed your desired reps. This exercise will work the upper lats and biceps.
