4 Way Straight Leg Raise
Lie on your back on a bed or flat surface and the involved (injured) knee will move through four exercise positions including (i) straight leg raise while on your back, (ii) move onto your involved side and lift your involved leg out to the side (hip abduction), (iii) move onto your stomach and lift your involved leg up (hip extension), and (iv) move onto your involved side and lift your involved leg (hip adduction).
