-Lie with back flat on ground and legs extended in front of you -Place hands either under your glutes with your palms down or by your sides -Keep legs extended and as straight as possible (knees slightly bent but locked) and raise legs until they make a 90-degree angle with the floor -At top of movement, use core to drive leg upwards, raising hips several inches off the ground -Lower legs slowly with control until they are a couple inches above ground and repeat
