Track Workout: Breaking 2 Minutes in the 800M Race! HD

Here we have two high school track athletes with the goal to eventually break 2 minutes in the 800 meter dash. This track workout involves them running three 300m dashes with the emphasis on hitting 30 seconds at the 200m mark. If they can consistently hit the 30 sec time at the 200m dash mark, then that shows that they are capable of running 2 flat pace.
