Welcome back to Season 5. Being a new mother keeps me on my toes. And the last thing I can think about is breakfast. I am learning to take better care of myself and the new bundle of joy. Which sometimes means I forget about myself. So I found that making my breakfast the night before does the trick. I came up with this overnight blueberry pudding. Now feel free to mix this up by adding different fruit or adding your favorite something from the mornings inside. YOU CAN”T GO WRONG.. Overnight Blueberry Pudding YOU WILL NEED: one mason jar (This jar was provided by Pacific Merchants) Thx you... http://www.pacificmerchants.com THE PUDDING: Coconut Milk Chia Seeds Uncooked Oats Yogurt Vanilla Extract Cinnamon Start by adding almond milk or soy milk or coconut milk (Whatever you prefer) Then add a boost like your protein powder, but here I added Chia Seeds Then your favorite fruit I added Blueberries Then some uncooked oats Sprinkle of Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract Add yogurt Then I sprinkle with my favorite Special K cereal Place the mixture in the fridge overnight Eat in the morning:) This Recipe was adapted from http://lecremedelacrumb.com/2013/06/blueberry-muffin-overnight-oats.html Give back to my show: http://www.patreon.com/LovelyLadyCakes Learn, Interact, & Eat..
