TRX Pull-up Progression - Beginner HD

This is our TRX Pull-up progression that we use at Impact Performance Training. This is used before band assisted work as a regression. We typically follow a repetition progression of the following: 3x6 3x8 3x10 Next position & return back to 3x6 and work to 3x10 and then again, move to the next progressive position.
