TRX Hamstring Curl Progressions HD

Here are three easy hamstring curl progressions using the TRX starting at beginner and working up to advanced. The beginner level allows you to lower your hips to the floor after each rep. Intermediate keeps the hips off the ground and integrates individual legs. Advanced is by moving your hips in two separate times throughout the hamstring curl.
