How To - Low and Slow DIRECT Cooks on a Weber Kettle Grill
In this video I show how I setup my kettle grill for a low and slow DIRECT cook. I include a demo cook where I cook half chickens for 1.25 hours over the coals the entire time without burning the chicken. The Mopping Sauce I Used Was: 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 Cup Butter 2 Table Spoons Lemon Juice 1 Table Spoon Garlic Powder Heat the sauce well so the butter is melted. The sauce should remain warm or the butter will stiffen up and cling to the brush. If using in cold weather you might need to rewarm the sauce once or twice.
